It is a set design for “Teatro Arsenale”, in Milan.
The chosen theme is nature. These are scenic spaces designed to represent organic and natural elements, such as a plant, a forest, extensive and invasive vegetation. Our representation wants to compare the typical proliferation of these elements to the growth of the city and the human re-appropriation of spaces. Elements that may remind us of natural elements, they also remind us (thanks to the choice of material) of the electric cables that characterise our cities and that often become emblematic elements of uncontrolled growth.
